Perth SC’s women went down 5-2 to traditional rivals Balcatta Etna in their final Group B Night Series clash at Dorrien Gardens on Saturday night.
Despite the loss, the girls will face Group A winners Fremantle City in the semi-finals after finishing second in their group to Balcatta.
The NPLW Night Series semi finals will be hosted at Dorrien Gardens this weekend. Dates and times are still to be advised by Football West.
Former Perth SC player Abbey Meakins did the damage scoring a first half hat-trick for Balcatta, which put Etna up 3-1 at the break.
Goals to substitute Mia Britton and another former Azzurri player Zoee Spadano sealed the win for Etna. Azzurri midfielder Daisy McAllister socred both of Perth SC’s goals.
