Jun 19, 2026

Perth Azzurri Soccer Club is proud to announce a landmark naming rights partnership with La Vida Homes, with the Club’s historic home ground officially to be known as La Vida Homes Stadium at Dorrien Gardens from 1 July 2026.

The agreement, approved by the City of Vincent, is an initial five-year partnership with an option for a further five years, providing long-term certainty and support as Perth Azzurri embarks on the most significant period of growth and development in its proud history.

The partnership will span the Club’s transition into the new era of Dorrien Gardens, following the previously announced merger between Perth Azzurri and the WA Italian Club, as well as the State Government’s commitment of $30 million towards the redevelopment of the precinct.

The naming rights agreement positions La Vida Homes as a key partner in the transformation of one of Western Australia’s most iconic football venues into a premier sporting and community destination.

Over the last 5 years, La Vida Homes has established itself as one of Western Australia’s leading residential builders and has become a strong supporter of football throughout the state. The company has demonstrated a genuine commitment to community sport and the growth of the game at all levels.

“La Vida Homes is a passionate supporter of football in Western Australia, and this partnership allows us to further invest in a club with such a rich history, strong community roots and an ambitious vision for the future.

“At La Vida, our team regularly comes together through a shared love of great food, family and connection, so partnering with Perth Azzurri, who share those same values, is a natural and exciting fit.
