Perth SC is thrilled to announce our new signings for our 2025 NPLM squad, including some exciting new talent, and some familiar faces making their return to Dorrien Gardens.
Mark Birighitti returns to the club after a playing professionally in the A-League and Europe, including with Adelaide United, Newcastle Jets, Central Coast Mariners, Swansea City, NAC Breda and Dundee United. He has also represented Australia at both youth and senior levels.
Sam Riak joins Perth SC after two seasons in the NSW NPLM with Wollongong Wolves. The midfielder reunites with Head Caoch Kenny Lowe, who has worked with him previously at Perth Glory and Perth RedStar.
Michael Scafetta comes back to Dorrien Gardens after a stint in Italy with Messina. He loves to take players on and is an exciting addition to the squad this season.
Mateusz Zaniewski is a towering presence in goal, who impressed the club during a trial game at the end of last season against the Perth Glory A-League squad. Mat joins us from Goole AFC in the UK.
Sean O’Connor is a promising midfielder who is welcoming the prospect of working under Kenny Lowe once again after stints at Perth RedStar and Perth Glory.
Julian Kelly joins us from Bayswater City. A young and exciting left-back, Julian has also spent time with the Perth Glory Academy.
Marino Gojak is a talented young goalkeeper who made his NPLM First Team debut last season at Perth RedStar. Another exciting young prospect.
Aiden Formston returns after stints at Gwelup Croatia and Inglewood United. Aiden made his Perth SC first team debut as a teenager in 2021 and was part of the league and Top Four Cup winning squad.
Will Formston is back at the club where he played his junior football. Will spent several years at Perth Glory, and featured in an FFA Cup game for Glory in 2021, before played at Inglewood United last season.
