Perth SC has opened nominations for Merit and Life Membership Awards to recognise outstanding and distinguished service to our club.
The Merit Award requires five years of service – not necessarily continuous.
Life Membership requires 15 years of service – again, not necessarily continuous.
All nominations must be proposed by an Ordinary Member and seconded by another Ordinary Member.
Nominations must address the award guidelines and be emailed to the Club Secretary outlining why the member is deserving of the award.
All nominations will be considered by the Board’s Governance Committee before recommendations are endorsed by the Board.
Nominations are open until October 1.
All award recipients will be announced at this year’s Annual General Meeting.
